"Very nice and helpful staff, good breakfast buffet, great location with Santa Maria Novella and its piazza just around the corner. Spacious, luxurious bathroom and powerful air conditioning. With the old furniture and painted ceiling the ambiance in my room felt very much like an Italian place with history."
