Hotel has potential but failed to meet it. Restaurant looked like a temporary pop up and closed at 9. No local areas to go. Room was clean but shower was horrible no pressure and AC did not work. Spa was out of service but was told it was Luke warm but was cold.

Microwave was not clean inside smelled an dirty coffee stain on carpet at several locations Don’t provide free coffee that is no good anyway TV selection was limited. No local news channel - got HBO and many movies but no news what so ever. Breakfast was not of my liking and should be included in the high $200 daily fee Would not stay here again…. My2cent

When I booked it, they said they had a restaurant showed the menu with breakfast lunch and dinner. That was not the case. It was a buffet and no lunch at all and dinner starts at four. I was kind of stranded here due to my husband being in a meeting till four. There are no close restaurants so had to pass on lunch, even the bar doesn’t open until 4 o’clock, no bloody Mary’s for breakfast

Why is it that guests who booked through Expedia are treated inferiorly? Not only in this hotel but in last 2- days I encountered "sorry, we can't do this for your class of booking", and that's for simple things such as asking for a higher floor. The AC didn't work in our first night and we stayed awake. The second room we got had refrigerator and microwave issues. Why are these things not checked before sending the guest there? But again, if Expedia doesn't have any explanation on why we were treated this way (as if we didn't pay and we were staying for free), they should refund our money.

We enjoyed watching the little planes take off and land. There are so few jets that land that the noise wasn’t an issue. I missed having a breakfast included. The motel is starting to show it’s age with peeling paint, etc. We have stayed here several times. It’s been the best place to stay for the money.

Everything was going well, until I wanted to enjoy going into the hot tub and I got in and noticed a dead rat inside the hot tub. I frantically jumped out the hot tub. When I asked the manager if there was anything they could do to accommodate me she said they can discount me $15. Such an insult. I will be reaching out to a lawyer and showing them the pictures I took to see if I can do something about this matter

I usual stay at the property in Santa Maria as it is close to the office I work at. However, the property's interior is a bit outdated and the rooms seem to be inconsistently updated. The bathrooms are nice and roomy, but the low-flow shower heads mimics the amount of spray a spray bottle makes. Kind of ridiculous to spray very small amount of water therefore, the showers take longer. Thus, making any water savings extremely minimal. The staff are great and are happy to assist. No complaints.

Heater in room did not work. Water pressure in shower was a dribble. And we were put next to people who fought and had a crying baby all night so got very little sleep. Which is unfortunate because it could be a great little spot right next to the airport. But seems like the maintenance dept. Is a little lacking. Otherwise nice hotel.

This hotel is older a bit run down. The hotel needs a remodel. The price is inline with an older hotel. The staff is very friendly and were great to guests. Just wish the hotel did have so much wear.

Terrible hotel, substandard facilities, asked for help to staff switching rooms but no one seemed to care. AC was broken, spent 4 nights by myself looking through a broken AC unit/wall wondering when bugs will come out of the wall I reported this to staff but no one seemed to care and I was too busy with my work to argue with anyone. I was hoping someone will eventually follow up but no one ever did, but you, do thank you for that!

the hotel turn off water did not let the guess know - we had no water for about 3 hours, could not take showers, go to the toilet, wash face, brush teeth. this was a total inconvience.

The property is dilapidated and needs some upkeep. The sign has the ‘isson’ missing from Radisson, the bathroom ceiling and toilet seat was chipped. We only stayed one night. The hotel appeared to be understaffed as they had a boys and girls club event and the check in and restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed. It was fine as it was just the one night, but I won’t be going back.

This property is not clean. Under our bed someone had left a dirty underwear. The area where are room was located smelled bad. The gym was very limited. They had a sauna but it had a sign on door saying it was out of service. The gym was dirty puddle of water in the gym for 2 days no one clean it. Also, they have a restaurant in the hotel but it looks like only one person work in it. We went to try and order breakfast and no one came to greet us or help us. This place is cheap. If none of the things I mentioned matter then this might be the place for you as for me and my family is not.

Do do the sale/changing of ownership, there was limited food service. However, the staff worked extra hard to make our stay very welcoming and accommodating with the limited staff available. There was 115 people in our convention group. Outstanding service.
