The expansive terrace wraps 180º around the property, providing ample space for sunbathing and relaxing in the shade. Equipped with four sun loungers, a dining table, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy an exclusive dinner while taking in the sea breeze. The apartment comfortably accommodates six people with three double bedrooms, each with air conditioning for ultimate comfort. This charming property is located right on the promenade next to the small port of Son Serra de Marina, offering direct access to the nearby beach and small Yacht Club. To the left, you’ll find the natural beach of Ses Escorxes, and to the east, a nearly 2-kilometer-long sandy beach with a protected dune landscape. The peaceful atmosphere of this area makes it a perfect getaway. Inside, the open-plan living room connects seamlessly to the terrace through large windows, providing natural light and air circulation. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room has a dining table for six, ideal for family meals or board games.
