Great experience and very friendly staff. We got our room upgraded from garden view to pool view. Room is specious and modern . Food was very delicious and a lot of options from different cuisines. Their meat and chicken were all halal which make big difference for us. We enjoyed staying in Laguna and highly recommend.

The grounds look great. They are well taken care of. However, the rooms and corridors leading to the rooms look tired and they are very small and pokey. The hotel is so big that it was hard to get service or even get noticed by the pool areas. Lots of people. Not really my vibe tbh. I don't recommend unless you have three star expectations. The manager is very accommodating though and everyone is very friendly.

Pleasant stay – but with clear room for improvemen

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay, but unfortunately, there are several simple improvements the hotel could make to truly live up to its potential. ❌ What brought the experience down: - Cleanliness around the pool areas was very poor. Throughout our entire 6-day stay, no one cleaned up melted ice cream, bird droppings, or other debris around the sunbeds. It felt neglected and unsanitary, especially considering the large number of staff available. - The main lagoon pool felt dirty and uninviting. The plastic liner at the bottom gave off a worn-out, 80s/90s vibe. Not what you’d expect from a modern resort. - Bike rentals were not included and quite pricey, even though this is typically a complimentary service at similar hotels. - The food at the smaller beachside restaurant was disappointing and did not meet the standards set by the main buffet. ✅ What we really appreciated: - The rooms were fresh, nicely decorated, and very clean - major plus! - Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. - The breakfast and dinner buffets were surprisingly good. I’m usually not a fan of buffet food, but this was fresh, varied, and well-prepared. - The lobby area was stylish and welcoming. Suggestions for improvement: - Power-wash the walkways and pool surroundings every morning before guests arrive. This would instantly improve cleanliness and comfort. - Offer complimentary bicycles for guests - Renovate the lagoon pools: tile them properly and remove the sand

Lovely resort with around 7 pools/lagoons (although we counted 9 or 10!) in the quiet part of South Bali. Right on the beach with easy walking to beachfront restaurants and Bali Collection shopping centre. The resort has traditional dance performances and kids activities. Would recommend!
