I liked the individuality of the hotel., small, minimalist, nice rooms etc. Food very good and the locality ie beach round the corner and plenty of other places to visit. The only bugbear was the smoking.I know it was in outside areas but the smoking at times was choking. There should be smoke free areas outside.

This hotel is in a great location; 2mins walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. 5mins walk from the bus stop to/from Palma airport. Some lovely staff, particularly Ansus, who is always smiling, willing to help, have a chat. The bedroom cleaning was a bit of an issue for my friend and I. One day it was great, the next; only the beds made and new towels given. Could have been more consistent

Expedia booking 2 hours before arrival was not received when we got to counter so we had to wait 30 minutes to check in
