Our stay at Ferrer concord was exceptional. The location is perfect being on the beach, yet it’s not noisy (other than the wonderful sound of crashing waves). The beach itself is nice, there are sunbeds which must be paid for but it’s easier to just use the free hotel sunbeds and pop to the sea for a swim since it’s so close! Even after the entertaining morning stampede for sun beds, there were some left. It was clean, one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. The food was tasty and enough variety even for a picky eater like myself. Lots of vegetarian options if that’s your thing. Food was of good quality. Breakfast and evening meal is at this hotel, lunch is only available in the partner hotel across the road which wasn’t a problem. We had the gold all inclusive package and there was a good amount of free drinks available including a handful of cocktails - though I must add that all inclusive cocktails were not the same as if you pay for them. But I thought they tasted great so all good. I think hotel entertainment etc might have been at the partner hotel across the road. Not something which interested us so can’t comment on that. It felt like Janero was the noisier hotel with more children etc, while Concord was the quieter peaceful hotel. The staff are friendly and do an amazing job. Cleaners keep everything spotless. Kitchen staff serve amazing food. Reception staff friendly and informative.The bar staff work hard so there’s little to no wait for a drink which is great.

Wir waren im Juli 2025 für eine Woche im Ferrer Concord in Can Picafort zu Gast und insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die durchweg große Freundlichkeit und Serviceorientierung des gesamten Hotelpersonals. Vom sympathischen Empfang beim Check-In über die aufmerksamen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter im Restaurant bis hin zu netten Gesprächen an der Bar – der Service war in allen Bereichen hervorragend. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie kostenfreie Drinks am Pool haben den positiven Gesamteindruck zusätzlich unterstrichen. Das Hotel selbst ist stilvoll modernisiert worden. Die öffentlichen Bereiche – Lobby, Bar, Poolbereich – sowie die Zimmer wirken hell, freundlich und einladend. Wir hatten ein Premium Zimmer mit Meerblick, das uns nicht nur durch Sauberkeit, sondern vor allem durch den wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenaufgang begeistert hat. Das gastronomische Angebot im Rahmen der Halbpension war abwechslungsreich und ansprechend präsentiert. Besonders gefallen haben uns die frisch zubereiteten Fleisch- und Fischgerichte sowie das täglich wechselnde Obstangebot. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war ein gelegentlich auftretender, unangenehmer Geruch im Bad. Er trat täglich, aber unregelmäßig auf. Da er jedoch nicht dauerhaft war, haben wir ihn nicht als gravierend empfunden und auch nicht an der Rezeption gemeldet. Insgesamt vergeben wir 5 von 5 Sternen. Das Hotel ist eine klare Empfehlung – besonders für Paare und Ruhesuchen

Ns avons apprécié la situation de l hôtel en front de mer et la demi pension. Petit déjeuner excellent. Dîner le soir avec des plats variés et très corrects. Avec une location de voiture, ns avons pu visiter différentes parties de l île et avons bénéficié pour ce séjour du 16 au 23 octobre d un beau temps qui ns a permis de ns baigner quasi ts les jours. Bref, un séjour très sympa. A faire absolument la cathédrale de Palma, le cap et la plage de Formentor, le village et le port de Soller. Ça a été nos coups de coeur

Wir waren im Mai 2023 eine Woche in diesem Hotel. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Meeresblick und konnten jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang direkt vom Bett beobachten. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass das Hotel nicht übergroß ist und der Speisesal überschaubar und ruhig ist. Ebenfalls besteht die Möglichkeit draußen mit dem Blick aufs Meer zu essen. Der Strand befindet sich direkt am Hotel. Für Sportler, besonders Radfahrer, gibt es viele Möglichkeiten.

Et dejligt hotel

Hotellet ligger dejligt. Det er meget hyggeligt, lyst og med en god stemning. Vi kan klart anbefale hotellet. Eneste minus er, at værelserne er ret små, men det vidste vi godt på forhånd. Pladsen er til gengæld godt udnyttet, så det betyder ikke så meget. Personalet er meget servideminded og taler ubesværet både engelsk, tysk og fransk - og spansk :). (Vælger man et værelse med havudsigt får man det skønneste kig ud over vandet og promenaden og kan falde i søvn til bølgernes brusen).

Staff very helpful. Considering I'm mainly vegetarian there was a great choice for breakfast and dinner. I didn't realise there was a sister hotel 2mins away to go for Spa facilities and you have to pay €1 for a towel or borrow for €10 from the hotel lobby where I stayed. Found this inconvenience. The sister hotel also has entertainment which wasn't mentioned until I enquired. The photos do not say on the website which hotel each photo is linked to. I wanted to hire a bike but the shop associated with it and person in charge wasn't available so didn't end up hiring one.. Overall good stay

Qualité du buffet petit dej et diner HORRIBLE. Imaginez: aucun jus frais mais du sunny orange. Le choix de plat est limité et probablement réchauffé et non cuisiné. Tres déçu alors que c’était l’un de nos hôtels préférés il y a 2 deux ans. Aucune animation. Hotel pour adulte ou il y avait des nourrissons et des teenagers… Service a table horrible. Très loin des prestations précédentes.

super freundliche Angestellte Meerblick-Aufpreis ist jeden Euro wert, um morgens den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer zu sehen “Hausstrand” sehr schön, selten überlaufen und toll zum Baden Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert modernes Design, hell und freundlich gute Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen leckere und nicht zu schwache Cocktails insgesamt sehr leise im Hotel, keine störendere Geräusche oder Musik - Matratzen sehr hart - Wir waren am Anfang verwirrt, was mit den leeren Bettbezügen auf dem Bett ist, bis wir bemerkt haben, dass wir selbst die Decken aus dem Schrank nehmen müssen und diese dann beziehen - Frühstücksbüffet war lecker, dürfte aber mehr Abwechslung haben - die Essensbeschriftungen am Buffet sollten ergänzt werden und auch Allergene enthalten - Schwierige Parkplatzsituation - teilweise noch Haare vom vorherigen Gast in der Dusche gefunden, ansonsten aber sehr sauber

Pleasure to stay

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The breakfasts were good with many choices. It’s not hard to find parking closeby. The Spa facilities and larger swimming pool are in the other Ferrer hotel almost next to this one. We upgrade our hotel to the ocean view at the hotel, and it’s totally worth it.

Stayed in this hotel at the height of the summer season and our room was tiny! The air conditioning was terrible, it would only work with the balcony door closed and when it did work make a loud noise. Our room was invested with ants everytime we came back to our room it was a game to try and kill the ants. We changed rooms and STILL had ants. The skirting boards and decor wasn’t up to date. The only convenient part was the walk to the beach was 2 mins. Breakfast/lunch and dinner was similar most days. Food wasn’t awful but could be improved.
