Als erstes möchte ich mit dem Positiven starten: Das Hotel hat eine recht angenehme Atmosphäre auch wenn es schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, der eigene Weg zum Strand (5-10min), der Pool, die Umgebung, die Bar und auch die Getränke sind wirklich gut…. Die Kellner sowie das Kochpersonal sind alle lieb und nett, die Rezeption stets hilfreich… leider war es das schon was das positive anbelangt…. Zum Negativen bzw. Ein Punkt den sicherlich jeder anders sieht und zwar das Essen, da jeder hier seine eigene Meinung hat …kurzer Rückblick wir waren mit meiner Frau schon in vielen Hotels (Europa - Nordafrika) jedoch hat uns hier das Essen obwohl wir all inclusive hatten am wenigsten gefallen… (nur Fertig-Gerichte zum Teils auch noch im gefrorenen Zustand, Obst war nicht immer frisch, etc..) ich möchte dazu nicht mehr sagen da jeder der es mag gerne sich selbst ein Bild davon machen darf... der Lift ist eine Katastrophe, dieser hat gefühlt nie richtig funktioniert und wir haben auch immer sehr lange gewartet.

Das Essen war schlecht, ich konnte kaum essen außer Brot da es kaum was für Vegetarier gab. Es war dreckig und fast alles kaputt und voll mit Rost. Auch mit Trinkgelder und mehrfachen auffordern war das Zimmer dreckig. Handtücher hatten Flecken. Kein schöner Urlaub.

Für uns war die Unterkunft sehr gut zu erreichen gute Parkmöglichkeit Strandnähe und Pool sehr gut. Schön war auch das es sehr ruhig war.

Exagon is not worthy of its 4 star rating. We visited during a week in May where temperatures were around 30C. The aircon in the rooms was totally ineffective so I pity anyone staying when temperatures climb further. The hotel's handyman said there was nothing he could do. The alternative is to keep the patio door open, but if you do that and are facing the tennis courts, you will be woken by cockerels at 4am!! The breakfast was poor quality, with cornflakes tasting like plastic and cheap bakery items, e.g. croissants bought in bulk - not fresh, and beans, etc. luke-warm. We ended up eating out more as clearly not enough staff to maintain an acceptable service.

We were staying in an apartment across the road from the hotel which was disappointing as we expected a twin room in the hotel. Unfortunately the appartment smelt very strongly of egg from the drains. We weee moved to the appartment next door as the hotel was full but after one day thus too started to smell very strongly if egg. The cleaner put something down the drains which did improve the smell however the communal stairway often smelt very bad. Very disappointed.

Schönes Familienhotel

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einer grünen Parkanlage ruhig gelegen und trotzdem genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand in der Nähe. Es war unser erster Urlaub zu dritt und wir haben ihn sehr genossen. Das Essen in Buffetform war ausgezeichnet und sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel hat eigentlich überall einen Lift was für Kinderwagen sehr angenehm ist. Das Zimmer war klein aber praktisch und nett ausgestattet, nur das Badezimmer war etwas abgenützt. Wifi ist für Hotelgäste kostenlos. Der Balkon baulich zum Nächsten abgeschlossen und nicht nur mit einer Wand getrennt, was ich nicht leiden kann weil man sonst viel mitbekommt. Und man hört finde ich sonst auch nicht viel im Zimmer von anderen, was auch sehr gut ist wenn mal das eigene Baby schreit. Zu Pool und Abendveranstaltungen kann ich nichts sagen, dass haben wir nicht genutzt. Der Strand ist über einen kurzen Fußweg mit dem Hotel verbunden und am Strand ist ein Holzweg für das bessere gehen über den Sand. Handtücher kann man gegen Kaution im Hotel borgen. Die Liegen am Strand sind recht teuer.

Nice hotel with a great pool

Decent, comfortable hotel for a quiet but fun stay with family. The highlight of the hotel is the pool. We visited late August and had no trouble finding a sun bed at various times of the day. The room we were allocated was quite small and the free WiFi didn’t work on the multiple occasions we tried to connect to it (we didn’t bother to ask the hotel staff for assistance as had enough data to last us our trip), however we had a great all inclusive stay for the price.

Helt klart värt ett besök

Hotellet var bra. Poolområdet är stort och riktigt bra. Frukosten var stor med både mycket att välja på och samtidigt många bord så det inte blev för trångt. Städningen på rummen och övriga hotellet var super! Personalen var trevliga. Rummen och vissa övriga ytor kändes väl inte 2018 i inredning direkt. Det tog 5-8 minuter att gå ner till havet via en gångväg. Bra strand med både sand och lite klippor i ena ändan i nivå med havet där barnen gillade att leta krabbor och fiskar.
