Miguel was very nice, polite, and knowledgeable about Santa Fe. The swimming pool was well maintained, the food prepared by the staff was delicious and the room and facilities were well maintained. I would stay at the property again when I visit Santa Fe de Antioquia in the future.

The room was just in okay condition. It was a windowless room, mostly, but not entirely clean. It had warm water in the shower, but not the sink. The room was seriously in need of a paint job. The staff was courteous, but service was slow and the staff was often nowhere to be found.

Estoy esperando aún la devolución del dinero. Realice el check in antes de la hora prevista debido a que era el día de mi matrimonio y no podía llegar sino hasta la madrugada, por tanto no me entregaron llaves de la habitación y era entendible. Nos dijeron que nos dejaban las llaves de la recepción de su otro hotel porque allá permanecía la atención 24 horas, sin embargo, cuando llegamos para pasar nuestra noche de Bodas a reclamar las llaves, en la recepción nunca nos abrieron, nadie atendió la puerta, ni el teléfono, ni el timbre durante más de 30 minutos que estuvimos tocando y solicitando ayuda. Fue una terrible que hubiera pasado esto en un día especial pero también puede pasarle a alguien más en un día de viaje. No daré una buena calificación debido a este incidente a pesar de saber de su buen trato en un inicio y su buen nombre. Aún espero la devolución del dinero.

El lugar es increíble; lástima la mala atención en el check-in. Llegamos un domingo en la tarde, previo a un lunes festivo, y nadie atendía la puerta. Tuvimos que cargar las maletas a varias calles porque no hay parqueadero cerca. Nadie contestaba el celular, ni la aplicación ni nada. Gracias a Dios, otros huéspedes entraban y nos hicieron ir a unas cuadras al café Al Alma, donde nos tocó esperar otra hora a que nos ayudara Diana, quien también debía cocinar y ser mesera para el otro hotel. Total falta de interés por el huésped, nada de información previa, tienen el celular de uno y el correo y no pueden avisar que no van a estar o cuáles son las instrucciones precisas.
