"I was very pleased with Blu Galapagos. The rooms were very clean, great view, very helpful staff. My only recommendation would be to not use the tour company in the hotel. I booked a tour after being very specific in what I wanted to see. I was assured it was possible but once I arrived the tour guide explained there was not enough time within my limited time to see what I came for. Very disappointed. Was not offered any refund or other compensation. The tour was not inexpensive and feel I was completely lied to and intentionally misled. "

Jonatan has an incredible team and they made this one of the best experiences even when things did not go as planned. They were able to accommodate as much as possible in a short period of time. Hotel and tour agency staff are top notch."
