I arrived at 2:30 pm to find no one there and no information on checking in or how to contact anyone. I waited 2 hours and then walked up the road to find help. I found a man who made a phone call and said someone would be over shortly. I returned to the hotel and after 45 minutes a couple showed up. It was 6:30 pm and I was very hot and frustrated. "Absolutely beautiful house and property! It's a bit out of the way from town, which is nice if you are looking for a relaxing getaway (but it does require pre-arranging taxi rides with drivers who know the house location!)"

Location is perfect, off the tourist path, and easy to access by any taxis in Puerto Arroyo (just say you want to go to Parque Cascada). Groceries are available anywhere near the house, better produce quality found in the shops on Baltra Ave. Property manager is easy to communicate with and responds instantly."

"Our stay was amazing and the place is lovely! We arrived in Santa Cruz on our first day and spent a night at Blu Galapagos and on our last day, spent our final night there. Our second night we asked for an upgrade with an ocean view and it was absolutely beautiful. The restaurant that is not associated with hotel, but is on location was one of the best meals we had on our trip and the view is right on the water and you can see sharks and raise and fish swimming while dining. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I would definitely return there."
