"The lack of communication and the lack of prompt assistance made my Damian’s I request for help to Expedia agents and help us find another location to stay few days before this property sent us a message of cancellation on their and due to repairs but they continued to have the same unit we paid for available on their site. This place was a scam! They take your money when you book it non-refundable and you are stuck with no where to stay days prior your arrival.

The front desk person, who worked every day, acted as if they didn’t know me. I frequently found myself locked out, as entry required a code or facial recognition.
