Ao chegar, não havia sabonete disponível nem para as mãos nem para o corpo, e mesmo após solicitar, não houve reposição a toalha depois de tirar a que tinha, o que acabou sendo inconveniente durante a estadia. Outro ponto que considerei desagradável foi o fato de terem ficado com o nosso cartão do hotel e não o devolverem. Também enfrentamos dificuldades para entrar em contato com a recepção, já que o telefone do quarto não estava funcionando. Entendo que imprevistos podem acontecer, mas esses itens básicos não deveriam faltar, especialmente quando solicitados. Não se trata de um favor, mas de um padrão esperado de serviço."

"The location was great and had many spots to eat and drink at it was also very safe to walk at any hour, the only downside was the current construction going on next to it but that’s not the hotels fault. Would definitely return to this location without a doubt."
