Good reception staff, noisy room

The pool and gym is small but sufficient. The service at the reception is really good. The rooms are basic but slso ok. My room was towards the street and the noise level was something it took me ome nights to get used to (despite ear plugs)

The Checkin process was long perhaps because it was made with Expedia 20 mins prior to arrival but they could not find my reservation. The room was big but had paint peeling paint. The pool and sauna were nice but the wooden floors of the pool area was shading / peeling off. The staff was pleasant

Hotel needs maintenance, dirty stained walls, bad smell, trash on the hall not collected daily. We arrived with a baby and had to wait to make sure the room was ok for us, when we got there the lights did not work, we had to return to the front desk, wait and check ourselves for the new room. Not a safe area to walk.

While i went to the hotel, my reservation was not found for about half an hour. I had to call a customer service rep to handle the situation. The room had poor towels for the bathroo. The AC was constantly getting damage. There were no bed covers on the bed. The staff was great in assisting, but a lot of adjustments need to be done.

Horrible place. Front desk was not helpful. Overpriced , my room has a broken door. No phone, no wifi no room service nothing. I felt this was a ripoff. The sheets were dirty and the breakfast in the morning was a disaster. No plates no mugs ,I will never stay in this place. Not as pictured. Horrible stay.

Was a bit disappointed with the communicstion and the fact that the cleaning staff threw away stuff that I saved for taking back to sweden. A Iron Maiden Glass for example. Hugely disappointed that the staff didn't answer on whatsapp when I made a Complain about this. Also the room service menu and whatsapp order for the room service didn't work....

Precisei mudar de quarto três vezes. O primeiro quarto não tinha cadeira e mesa de trabalho e eu precisava fazer reuniões remotas pelo computador. O Wofi ali também não conectava. O segundo tinha uma mesa redonda de vidro pequena, que ficava longe da tomada, tabe não dava. O terceiro quarto tinha uma mesinha fina de vidro, mas que minimamente funcionava, então fiquei lá. Durante minha estadia, a fechadura da porta estragou (não trancava de jeito nenhum) e o porta papel higiênico caiu da parede e saiu na minha mão. Apesar de boa vontade e prestatividade do Marcelo, a experiência geral foi ruim. A estrutura do hotel a primeira vista é muito boa, mas falha muito nesses detalhes. Senti falta de suco de laranja no café da manhã, que é meio o padrão “ouro” mínimo esperado em qualquer hotel. Lá o suco variava todo dia. É um detalhe bobo, mas não para quem só costuma tomar certos sabores. Não nem a falta do suco em si, mas a quebra de expectativa.

Ótimo custo benefício na região de Higienópolis / Santa Cecília. Próximo do centro, com bares e restaurantes que dá para ir a pé, equipe muito prestativa, quarto confortável e bom café da manhã. O único ponto de atenção é mesmo o box do chuveiro que é pequeno. Eu sou magro e ainda assim me bati um pouco. Do mais, excelente estadia.

A bacia sanitaria do quarto 512 é em un canto do WC muito, MUITO APERTADO e junto a parede. O sofá cama da sala precisa de revisao do estofamento. O serviço de manobrista é bem lento. O café da manhã é farto e a limpeza (no geral) é boa.
