This property is on the second floor of a 4-unit complex and is easily accessible and quiet. Through all the balconies and the windows are sweeping views of Santa Barbara and our famous Riviera!
This home has clean, new paint and new Transitional Style furniture. The living and dining areas are an open-floor concept. There are comfy couches, a flatscreen TV, huge bright windows, vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, audio throughout, and French doors. Enjoy a perfect dining or entertaining experience.
The bright kitchen offers modern-day appliances like a Viking stove with two ovens, a Subzero fridge, plenty of storage, two Subzero wine refrigerators, each with 146 bottle capacity, Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration, a dishwasher, skylights, and local handmade tile countertops. This kitchen is stocked with supplies and is ideal for cooking a delicious meal.
The master has a new king-size mattress, a flat-screen TV, a breathtaking private balcony, an ensuite bathroom with a huge shower, heated floors, ample closet storage, and an adjoining office with French doors. This office has a small couch, a flat-screen TV, and a desk.
The 2nd bedroom has a new queen mattress, plenty of closet space, and a full bathroom with beautiful tile across the hall.
There is a one-car garage, one carport, and plenty of off-street parking.
