Downtown spectacular Penthouse with panoramic rooftop views- FUNRomantic

This is a spectacular Award winning architectural home with Santa Barbara views in all directions in the center of downtown. Designed by architect Jeff Shelton with gorgeous tile work throughout, a gourmet kitchen/ 3 baths/ one king master suite /private view deck with fountain and huge rooftop living room. 3 blocks to the beach and State Street.
Guests love the artwork and whimsical nature of the entire house plus the proximity to the farmers market ( one block) , Sterns wharf , State Street , the mission and literally 100s of restaurants. This rental is Penthouse section only but the entire house sometimes is available.
ElZapatoSB ( the shoe in Spanish ) looks like a shoe in the artist rendition. And people who stay here are happy - the entire place full of vibrant colors folk art snd whimsy feels like Dr Seuss and just plain fun. The owner built it to be a place of joy and it is!
