Behind the welcoming entry fencing, the home feels both private and airy, with various patios wrapping around the living spaces. The neighborhood is friendly and filled with locals walking, biking, strolling, heading to the beach, and enjoying life!

Inside, the living room with soaring volume ceiling features a unique built-in sofa with tv and a wall of custom library shelving filled with great books. Bi-fold doors open wide to the front dining terrace, making indoor-outdoor living, and dining, effortless. The house is in a fabulous location, only one block to shoreline park and very close to the playground there which was great for our 19 month old. House is beautifully remodeled with a stocked kitchen, ample outdoor hang out and dining spaces all around the house as well. The hot tub was heated and glorious and the check in and check out process was very simple. Bonus for music lovers is they have a surround sound Sonos speaker setup in every area of the house that we took full advantage of. Thank you for our stay, we will be back!
