We enjoyed our stay! Absolutely loved the location and ability to walk over to the beach. The deck and fire pit was also beautiful and worked so well to sit at the end of the day and talk with family. We had a few issues with the primary toilet and secondary bathtub. But reported those to property managers so hopefully they get some minor maintenance. But overall great property and would recommend.

The house was perfect....so close to the beach and park for the grandchildren. They had so much fun.All the living areas....living room, breakfast room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were well supplied and appointed to make our stay a 5 star event !!!!

Perfect Santa Barbara Get Away

6 adults - 3 sisters and thier husbands - in SB to escape the New England and Midwest winter. Perfect location for us. We could walk to the beach, resturants and tasting rooms were an easy Uber away. We took a couple of day trips to Lompoc and Los Olivios and access to the 101 was super easy.House is comfortable and well stocked. Laundry was a bonus.

Loved staying at this cute Santa Barbara bungalow. Wonderful outdoor space (including rooftop patio). Comfortable interior. Well supplied. Easy access to Funk Zone and downtown SB. Recommend!

Visit Santa Barbara and Not Feel Like a Tourist

This property is amazing; just as described. The house was clean, very comfortable, had new furniture, and the neighborhood was quiet. I also enjoyed the billiard table, sunroom, and patio. The house is close enough to go to State Street or Stern's Wharf, but far enough away to not feel like a tourist. We will be back next time we visit Santa Barbara.

Wonderful stay

Home and location exactly as described but better. Most comfortable beds and plushest towels we’ve found at a vacation rental. Home shows pride of ownership with fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, fantastic outdoor space and natural gas bbq grill. Watch out for an ornery neighbor who approached us about a noisy group the week before. Hopefully guests will be respectful of neighbors so this place can remain available to rent again in the future.

Beyond expectations - rebooking-worthy!

We were in town for a family wedding. We opted for a VRBO instead of an over-priced, limited square footage boutique hotel. We had large bedrooms, ample living space indoors and incredible outdoor spaces. PLUS there is a beautiful pool table which is actually why I chose this particular property. Then - the management company AND the owner turned out to be incredibly helpful and awesome. Beyond highly recommending.

Fabulous location!

This vintage 1953 property was in a perfect spot close to ocean and all kinds of activities. The beds were really comfortable, kitchen updated and well stocked with necessities. Loved the pool table! Only downside was not working bbq grill and firepit both of which we hoped to use. If fixed would give this a 5!

OK stay

The house is in a nice neighborhood, clean, but very old. It has a specific smell of an old house. The kitchen is very depressing. Bedrooms are OK, beds are comfortable. The owner/manager was very nice to advise us about high winds, parking situation and allow early check in. Overall, the house needs a major upgrade. Thank you!

Beautiful Property

The house was great. It was in a nice neighborhood, an easy walk to the beach and close to beautiful golf courses. The property management was very swift to answer any question and Steve the owner was also swift to answer any questions. I think the only thing is that we looked high and low for the outside lights which Steve let us know where to find them. That sould be in the description so other people who stay can find them. I would definitely love to come back.

The house is clean and beds are comfortable. The highlight of this place is the outdoor space. We spent every evening on the rooftop deck watching the sunset with the fire table and a glass of wine. It's a little far to walk to the main hub of State Street, but it is peaceful and quiet. I gave 4 stars because the house itself is dated with old wallpaper and decor, but it was clean. The only problem was when we arrived a smoke decector was chirping. I immediately contacted the management company who directed me to a cupboard with batteries. After replacing the batteries, it was still chirping. They directed me to disconnect it and also to try to replace all smoke detector batteries as they are wired together, but I did not want to be the repair guy nor continue to trouble shoot via text as we had other plans for our vacation. I requested they come fix it. They sent someone the next day to replace them, but communication was hazy and required a day and a half of texting to assure us the smoke dectors were operational. The issue was finally resolved by the next evening. I expected more from the managemwnt company. I feel they should have staff available to resolve issues (especially safety issues) the same day and without too much inconvenience to the renter.All in all we had a nice visit and I would stay again.

It’s a beautiful location, walk to the beach and the park. Clean fresh sheets, plenty of room. W experienced heavy heavy rainfall so unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the outside much but it all looked great.
