This place is better than a bnb. The breakfast is mode like a boutique hotel with several great choices and french press. Outshines many places. "

"The small apartment was very clean and the accommodations very comfortable. I slept very well on the mattress and pillow( better than in luxury hotels and the towels were very soft and quite big. Janina the host is very cordial and makes you feel at home.Janina is also very prompt in answering any question you have. She gave good instructions regarding check in process and parking situation. Her husband is very amicable as well.They both respect your privacy but at the same time you feel like you are family. I enjoyed sitting in the courtyard and being in the outdoors If I am ever back in Santa Barbara I would definitely stay in the same place. I highly recommend the place "
