Family holiday

This was our 3rd time at this hotel.The entertainment team were excellent for the children always trying to include them in all activities. I found the bar staff and restaurant staff quite surly.whilst this is good value for a 3star hotel it would benefit from a much better air conditioning system and better sunbeds around the pool as most had been repaired or were broken.also the food was more than adequate for adults in our family (4) but not much choice for the children (3).

The location of the property is ok. Its located an hour away from the centre by car. This may seem like it’s not a lot of time but you have to drive through mountains and there is no street lights at night so it’s pretty dangerous. The staff was unfriendly and rude. I had to go into a discussion with the receptionist when I asked for 2(?!?!) new towels. The food was too salty, cold, and did not seem fresh.

▪︎Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. ▪︎Poolområdet var trevligt med rena bassänger och gott om solstolar. ▪︎All-inclusive var inte särskilt bra. Köttet som serverades var oftast segt och torrt och utbudet till lunch och middag var skralt. Frukost var dock väldet bra. ▪︎Juniorsvitens planering var bra och rummet var rent. Balkongen var rymlig. AC sjöng på sista versen - lätt mycket och svalkade inte att tala om. Sängerna behövde bytas ut.

Helt ok

Bra hotell om du har begränsad budget. Vi var här i 4 dagar. Läget är bra, nära strand. Juniorsviten var kanon, sköna sängar, bra AC. Vi bodde på våning 6 längst ut så ganska trevlig utsikt samt havsglimt. Första natten fick vi familjelägenhet som ligger i en annan byggnad med egen pool. Där är inte standarden lika bra, skulle behöva uppdateras. Förövrigt var maten sådär, man hittar alltid något. Vissa middagar var riktigt bra, ex en kväll med asiatiska inslag. Dock är restaurangen högljudd som en skolmatsal. Skulle vara trevligt med snacks under dagen, tror jag såg nån hämta en macka från restaurangen innan lunch...det var allt. Poolbaren är enda baren som finns, typiska all inclusive drinkar, sliskiga med låg alkoholhalt. Skulle behövas en barmeny, GT funkar samt om du dricker fanta med kokosrom. En annan ok combo var kaffe med is samt gräddlikör. Lite aktiviteter som vattengympa, yoga såg jag någon gång samt framförallt till barn. Högtalare runt hela poolområdet skulle rekommenderas samt byta klädsel på vissa solsängar där man sjönk ner.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer, eine Junior Suite, war sauber und angenehm groß. Die Betten waren in Ordnung und wir haben gut geschlafen. Auch die Auswahl beim Essen war gut, es war immer etwas für jeden Geschmack dabei. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der freundliche Service: Obwohl wir bereits um 8:00 Uhr morgens ankamen und unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig war, haben wir sofort das All-Inclusive-Bändchen erhalten und konnten direkt frühstücken. Das war ein toller Start in den Urlaub! Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls gut – bis zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Long weekend break

Stay overall was very good however I was very disappointed that the air conditioning was not on in the bedroom.when we asked why we were told because it wasn’t hot enough.however it was on in the reception and the bar and restaurant.

The hotel was lovely and we had a junior suite witch was excellent and maid service superb.the pool area was very clean as so was pool.sun Beds we’re a bit uncomfortable.we stayed on a bed and breakfast board and whilst the choice was good I’m afraid the hot food was cold on every morning! We were kept awake until 5am on several nights by very noisy guests. I think this hotel would be better without an all inclusive package option.

Die Gäste passen zum Haus - ein Zumutung wäre Grass untertrieben. Ich habe noch nie ein so schmutziges und veraltetes Zimmer gesehen - nahezu überall schaden und Mängel. Eine Kloake! Bleiben Sie um Gottes Willen fern! Beschwerden wurden alle mit Achselzucken abgewiesen.

Agréable séjour en appart hôtel pour une partie d'entre nous Et en chambre classique pour l'autre. Les + Les appartements étaient excentrés dû bâtiment principal et bénéficiaient d'une piscine dédiée plus aux familles et moins bondée que les bassins principaux. Chaque appart un balcon et un coin kitchenette Les - une déco à rafraîchir. Dans le aller inclusive, l'eau est donné au verre au bar comme les boissons gazeuses! À la fermeture du bar prévoir d'acheter des bouteilles d'eau !

Great location awful hotel and staff!!

The plus point is this hotel is in a amazing location great bars and beaches all within walking distance. The hotel itself is awful!!! Unhelpful and rude staff, awful food and even worse entertainment!! We did not have any fresh towels for 3 days and the bathroom sink was infested with ants. Also all the German guests leave there towels on the sunbeds by the pool all week so you have no chance of ever getting one!!
