"The room I booked had a large comfortable bed and an extremely well-lit and half-open spaced spacious bathroom. I especially loved that they offered a smart bidet and a large bathtub. They even used robot for deliveries to my room so I don't need to go down to the lobby for pick-ups or feel awkward when I opened door with pajamas on to retrieve deliveries. The hotel is around 10-15 mins drive away from ShenZhen international airport so it was pretty close. There's a large cafe/coffee bar with lots of comfy seats on lobby level so hanging out with clients/friends or working on laptop was a breeze. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I am happy with my overall experience at this hotel."

We stayed for 4 nights, the male restaurant manager helped to reserve the same table for dinner, and the female manager brought us sliced ​​lemons at breakfast. In the elevator, the cleaning lady reminded my husband to bring a jacket when out since it started to get windy out. Both breakfast and dinner buffets with a wide variety of dishes, and the food was excellent, very unique desserts. Hotel offers free shuttle to ferry terminal, luggages check-in at terminal, ferry direct to Hong Kong airport, very convenient. We had a great time staying. "
