"When we checked in, they couldn’t find our reservation record which we paid in advance to Expedia. we booked a lower rate room with no breakfast and have to pay at the spot (US$60 cheaper than what we paid to Expedia). When we checked out, they refunded us what we paid to them but not the amount that we paid to Expedia since they already received the payment from Expedia."

"I would like to recommend this self serve apartment to people who do like conveniences, hotel located in the middle of one of the top shopping mall in Zhongshan. Even you are not familiarise with the local area, you could always find variety of choices of cuisines to feed your hunger. The room itself is so spacious, 3 ac which is great for summer time, beautiful renovations are also A plus. Excellent in short. Great value as well. "

"The location is great. Lots of restaurants nearby, 50 yards from a subway station, and a bust stop also very close. However, the room was just ok. Kitchen had no dishes or cookware, so it was pretty much a waste of space. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have endured in as long as I can remember. It served the purpose. One thing I found strange was that the reception desk said there was no breakfast. However, on the day I checked out, I saw people eating breakfast. Go figure. "
