" Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. The staff was nice but spoke no English.

"I was a little skeptical when booking this stay due to a lack of review availability. I was later told that this was their first time on Expedia. That being said, I’m very glad to have booked this stay. Mr. Wang did a great job, he was always available, did his best to give recommendations and communicate. He even made sure that I ate and was comfortable. I stayed in tent 2 which had a gorgeous view. This was a perfect place to stay for a few nights stay, but even if you wanted to stay longer...

"The staff is great, but the area is difficult to reach by taxi, the air conditioning in the room does not work well and only freezes you or does not work at all."
"The owner made things very easy for us. The best host even we had a language barrier, she tried her best to help us. We had very generous breakfast. The property is very clean. The site location scenery are fantastic. We had a room with glass all around. We would recommend this place to everyone. We would like to suggest to Expedia is to put the adresse of the Warm place clearer with the phone number of the owner and her her name so we can contact her.

"I recently just went on a big China trip and visited the beautiful Zhangjiajie region. Staying at No. 5 Valley was an incredible experience. The host Frankie was super helpful and hospitable. The property is in a very scenic, remote area. Around 1 hour from Zhangjiajie Train Station.
The food options were vast and very accommodative and the resort. Had several activities going on throughout the day. Arts and crafts, tea ceremonies and much more.
I really enjoyed my stay and I'm looking forward to coming back. This is an excellent place to stay and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Zhangjiajie.
Accessibility to the Zhangjiajie park is about 10 mins away and about 1 hour from the Tianmenshan park. The hotel provides transportation for anywhere you need to go in Zhangjiajie.

They didn't get into any games if up selling stuff. Everything was just honest support. The rooms and views were spectacular. Super clean. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lee’s Boutique Hotel in Zhangjiajie! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and attentive staff made us feel right at home. The hotel’s location is perfect—just steps away from the vibrant night market, the art performance center, shops, and a variety of fantastic restaurants.
The homemade breakfast was a delightful start to each day, healthy and delicious options. The staff went above and beyond by recommending several amazing activities around the area, which helped us plan our itinerary efficiently. Thanks to their advice, we managed to see all the must-visit spots in just two days.
One unique highlight was the hotel’s impressive collection of traditional outfits that guests can try on for free—such a fun and memorable experience!
