Staff working in this resort is the greatest factor contributing to the success of this boutique resort. They are very personable, conducting their duties with much passion and treated us like part of their family. In our first breakfast, we requested peanut butter to go with our toast. Unfortunately, they do not have it. Next morning and the next four breakfast after, peanut butter appears on our table without asking. Each time we return from outside or prior to leaving the resort, staff will greet and engage us in brief conversation in order to assure us that "we are home away from home". In our day of departure, staff accompanied us in waiting for our ride and assisted us to load our luggages into the car and stood there until she sees our car no more. Of course, there is no place a perfect place but if you are looking for a cozy, comfortable, personal and passionate dwelling, consider this lodge.

Incredible!!
The hotel was incredible. It's newly renovated and very clean. Besides that, the staff were very nice and helpful to levels beyond exceptional. I would defenitltly come back again and recommend that everyone stay in the hotel.

Perfect Zhangjiajie Hotel - 5 star service
Absolutely loved staying at Lee's Boutique Resort. Tony connected with us prior to check-in via WhatsApp to offer assistance with transportation and gather arrival information. And what a welcoming arrival we had! It was very late (after midnight) and rather cold.... we were treated to a warm bowl of traditional crispy rice soup and tea. We were upgraded to a beautiful river-view room on the 4th floor. Lovely views and vibrant local activity. Breakfast is very nice in the morning - mix of western/Chinese offerings. I loved the wheat-tea so much I purchased some to bring home at a nearby supermarket. Tony and his staff were so welcoming throughout our stay! The room has everything you could want and more. Super soft towels, nice linens, very nice bathroom amenities, and a few modern touches (projector tv, heated/automatic toilet, etc) among beautiful, traditional Chinese decor. We loved the room. The hotel is located just steps away from Xi-Bu Street, filled with shops, restaurants, and night life. Many places had live music. In regards to proximity to Zhangjiajie, it is a very quick 10 min ride to the main entrance. Just 1 hour, 10 mins to DYG Airport. Lee's Boutique Resort is THE PLACE to stay when visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest Park!!

Real gem!!!
Amazing place! One of the best places all over China. The staff is very polite and helpful, most of them speaks good English. Hotel is in the very center but close to the National Park entrance. breakfast was in Chinese style, very tasty.
