The staff could be a little bit more friendly and during check in it would have been nice to have someone present the excursions available at the resort

The Beach Villa was unbelievable like from a dream. It was the best vacation we have ever had. The service was impeccable. The Villa was insane - our private beach, pool and patio were beautiful. The food was incredible at every restaurant. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

This is brand new property. You expect some hiccups being new but everything was way above average. Check in: Trudi-Gae got us in and out quick. She helped us multiple times with other issues. Entertainment staff: Always smiling! Always visitng and trying to get guest involved! Charlotte, Orlando and Raheem really stood out and were awesome! Bartender: Monique was amazing! Others were really good too! Monique just stood out way more and had us smiling and laughing! Pros: This is place is almost perfect. I'll list a couple of down falls below. But from personnel to facilities, this resort is awesome! Cons: The resort is secluded. You will not walk down the road to a gift shop or convenience store. There are only 2 stores in the resort. Bring everything you need with you!!! The gift shop is very pricey! The queen beds are not American sized queen beds. They are more like a full. They are tiny by American standards.

Staff was awsome. Food option was great. Entertainmet was amazing. Room was clean 5 out of 5 mini bar was on point. Big shout out to Phillip, Gorgette and Shanardo they truly qent above and beyond.
