"The photos make this property look a lot better than the reality. The reality is that the house is very tired and in need of TLC. The entire place stank of bleach when we arrived, yet simple things like cobwebs and dirty cupboard doors had not been cleaned. Half eaten and opened food from previous guests had been left in the cupboards. Bugs were found in one bed. Packets of rizla were found by our children in the garden on the furniture. "The staff was very helpful and friendly. But the house was unsafe and it was dangerous for fire no fire escape from the room. The room hadn't been readied there was no bed linen and it wasn't ready to go into so we had to wait for a hour. "
