"The best part of this hotel is the esthetics of the lobby and hallways and the shower water pressure. Noise level was doable, they have live music in the lobby, truffle fries at the bar were great. The only issue was the bed and pillows, very thin and the mattress is not the most comfortable. "

"I enjoyed the look of the room (exposed brick was quaint). The bed was a little soft for my liking. Only had a nightstand on one side of the bed and we weren’t able to find anyone at the front desk when we checked out (this was undoubtedly due to the fact that there was a power outage, so it did not upset me). We noticed a sign in the room saying it would be serviced "every other day" with towels and bath amenities. We stayed three nights and no one entered our room in that period or offered us any fresh towels. We didn't call housekeeping because we were able to make the supplies last however. "
