We received a room upgrade which we were grateful for but the room was very tired, particularly the bathroom area which had a handful of areas of damage. The room was also dirty, which we pointed out with photos to staff and they kind of asked us why we had looked for dirt (which we found when we moved a unit to plug a charger in) and there were multiple hairs in the room. "We received a very warm welcome when we checked in to Pumilio Mountain and Ocean Resort. Lots of perks due to my Expedia account status. The room was big, beautiful, super comfortable. There was a lovely pool and lounge area, and what appeared to be a popular and luxurious spa. The room rates in early November are very reasonable. This was an excellent choice for the Jaco area and I’d gladly stay here again"
