"The hot water was always only luke warm no matter what time of day we took showers. The first night we blamed it on our arrival time, but the next night and morning we took showers again and, again, the water would not get hot. It was cold like cool swimming pool water everyday, which was horrible. Also, a microwave in the room would be great!"

"A/C stopped working, it was miserable, a party by the pool continued way past 10:00 PM which kept us from being able to sleep. The TV stopped working and the door access failed numerous times. The lady at the front desk did not seem to care. We have stayed here for the past four years but this will be our last time. The lady at the desk who I believe was a manager solidified we will not return after this stay. "

"The hotel is very old everything the elevator was scratched, the carper, the room doors as soon you get out from the elevator small a curry inside the room as well. Terrible I can say this is may worst experience. The breakfast the same terrible the staff unfriendly you could see that they were fed up already with averting and every one. The front desk staff were friendly but I won’t ever stayed in this hotel ever; the hotel is falling apart "

I'm going to try to edit because other customers should know what might happen. Our experience seems to be the norm for families participating in the San Antonio Livestock Show. Our truck was broken into 20 minutes after we checked in. The truck was parked in view of the front desk. The "persons of interest" knew to hit the parking lot before security started at 10:00. When the police got there, they were told they couldn’t see the video until a manager was there in the morning. The "persons of interest" had at least 12 hours after the break-in to flee. "
