"This was a nice stay! Great pool area, very clean facilities, friendly staff. A suggestion would be to have a few more things for teens to do - maybe a basketball court/ games room. Also, the fluorescent lighting in the restaurants is not warm/ inviting. Some soft, lower lights would add a lot to the ambience and make it less industrial- feeling. Overall, a good place, especially for the price."

"This property was the worst resort property I’ve ever stayed at. To start out at check-in we stood in line for over an hour. There were probably 40 people checking in at the same time and they only had two staff members. After we get to the front desk we find out there was an additional resort fee of $15 per day added onto our stay. It wasn’t disclosed, when we initially purchased the package from Sun Country. The person checking us in “upgraded” us to room 317. We were supposed to have a two bed premium oceanfront room. We thought, wow, the gentleman’s being nice. The upgrade room was in the old tower. It was a large room with a king size bed that was broken in the middle. A huge divot so that you both would roll to the middle of the bed. We had a toilet that didn’t flush and a shower that didn’t work. The room smelled of mold. To top it off the air conditioner was broken. We went back to the front desk and asked for the room that we booked. They said they were sold out and it was too bad because they already gave the next a room. The lady who we spoke to was the manager her name was Fatima. She was awful. No apologies. Nothing, just suck it up. I ended up calling Expedia and they talked to the manager on the phone. They agreed to switch us to another room the next day. They would also send someone to fix the air-conditioning. Five hours later at about 9 PM, they showed up to fix the air conditioner. Granted my girlfriend and I have been up since 3 o’clock the prior morning"

"There's a 7/11 dowstairs for anything you might need , 10 min from the flag or the clock plaza, restaurants, stores, icecream, local vendors all within walking distance. AC working great kept the room comfortable. Clean rooms Hotel offers coffee, hot water , croissant with butter and jelly and they'll bring a tray to tour room every morning at the time you decide. There is a pool but was too busy to go try it. Overall I recomend it."

"This was one of the best places we have every stayed. It had a smaller feel and didn't feel busy at all. There were so many areas to sit and enjoy the sun or shade, the staff was top notch and super friendly. We would come back every year if we could!"
