"Just back from a week's stay, big hotel but you never get the feeling of being crowded. Our room had a kitchenette, which had enough equipment to make simple dinners & breakfasts. No air conditioning in the room, but not a problem as was cool in evenings/overnight. The staff were very helpful - overall a great place to stay in a nice part of Tenerife."

"The hotel is very conveniently located near the bus station, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are very good. On the down side the wifi was unreliable and could not be accessed at peak times, secondly my room's only source of natural light was a light well which was a bit depressing."

"The property is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are cleaned daily and the towels changed each day . The area is safe to move around and the restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. I loved that the supermarket was only 2mins away and open until 9/ 10pm in the evenings. "For a 4 star, top 100 hotel in the world, there were some experiences I had with it—good and bad. Bad: the WiFi goes in and out quite a bit. Not sure if it’s just a bad connection or too many people using it at once but it has been down for multiple times during our 8 night stay. Make sure to have some shows and movies downloaded.
