"Our stay at Hacienda El Santuario was amazing! Staff was very kind and responsive to all questions and anything that we needed during our stay. They helped us arrange transportation to/from the Queretaro Airport, we used laundry services, booked a couples massage, and my boyfriend even arranged a marriage proposal on their rooftop! Truly a wonderful experience and they're not far from the main plaza so definitely a highly recommended stay!"
