Our trip and time spent at the hotel were amazing. The staff were lovely and made us feel so welcome. Me and my kids have several food allergies and they were so accommodating. It was the first time I didn't have to go to a self catered place. They also brought surprise toys for the kids and were located right next to the park. It was wonderful and we will be back.

Perfect trip and hotel. Staff were friendly and useful. The food was great. The location was perfect, in a quieter part of town and still walking distance to Downtown. Bed and pillows were good. My only recommendation is to change the conditioner in the showers, it doesn’t condition at all.

The staff is absolutely wonderful—special thanks to Ximena, Baldemar and Tadeo for taking such great care of us. We loved the convenience of being within walking distance to everything. They gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and even helped us set up tours and winery visits. And of course, we can’t forget Pancho The Dog, the true star of the hotel, who always welcomed us with the best behavior like a true hotel owner.

Beautiful hotel in the most gorgeous setting with friendly staff. Loved staying here and can’t say enough about how fantastic the staff was. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations and landmarks to visit. Would definitely come back here if we go back to San Miguel de Allende.

Exceptional stay in San Miguel

Outstanding hotel in the heart of San Miguel. Everything about our stay was exceptional. The service and comfort level were excellent. Dinner at the rooftop restaurant was the best of our vacation.

This is a brand new hotel. Everything about it was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Good at both restaurants was delicious. The hotel itself is beautiful. Loved the artwork all around. And especially loved Pancho, the hotel dog. The sweetest dog with the biggest puppy eyes. Will be staying there on our next trip down to San Miguel!!

My family and I spent 10 days at this beautiful hotel. The design layout of this hotel is stunning not to mention that the views from the roof top pool are stunning. But really what made this property special is the staff they were kind of friendly and very engaged in a way that was very easy. Actually one of the more beautiful places I've stayed as far as overall approach and feeling at ease. And the hotel dog Pancho made it all the better. Thanks to all.

The property is very new and peaceful. It has a “Zen” like environment. The staff is professionally cordial and attentive. The only inconvenience was the elevator was often out of order during my stay. Its location is within walking distance of the iconic cathederal.

I wish I could rate the staff higher than ‘excellent”, from the concierge staff to the housekeepers to the porters, all fantastic. A special shout out to ‘Pancho’ , the resident mascot dog (Bernese Mountain Dog). Breakfast is wonderful and the rooftop restaurant and bar is lovely. The rooms are a little small but they have all the necessities and great showers. IMO it is in the nicest part of town, just the right amount of quiet yet convenient to everything you would want to see. Oh yes, they have their own parking garage if you choose to rent a car.
