Beautiful, amazing hotel with great amenities and service. Conveniently located at walkable distance from the historic places. Very well maintain, very clean, really nice and friendly staff. No complaints at all. Highly recommended.

Beautiful but….
I stayed here for a wedding. The place is beautiful and there is no doubt about that, but there could be some improvements. There was a situation at check-in where they said they didn’t receive my initial payment and I was asked to pay again. This took time to correct and my initial payment was found. I have two complaints about the rooms. One, the gorgeous bathroom has zero privacy (for a king size bed) and you’re only privacy for two double beds is a curtain. The second thing is the AC doesn’t work great. It turns off on it’s own and doesn’t want to come back on. This was a family trip and we had multiple rooms and at least 2 rooms had this issue. I would also say the food could be better. Tries to hard to be something it’s not. You’re better off walking a few blocks and enjoying street food.

Property is just beautiful. Whatbi didn't like was that we were asked to sign double receipts when irdering ny the pool. It was a mess. So double check your invoices and request your first signed copy. This way you aboid a double charge.

This was one of the best experiences we have had at a hotel period. The staff members were incredible and very accommodating and so knowledgeable. The rooms and grounds were so clean and incredibly beautiful. The transport to and from the airport was arranged and convenient. Overall, it was a very elevated experience and we would absolutely come back or visit any Live Aqua location!

Fantastic experience. Friendly, accommodating and attentive service and a beautiful property. A bit far away from the main downtown area, but once we got accustomed to the routes it was an easy 10-20 minute walk to wherever we wanted to go.

Traveling with family and 5 kids under 6 years old. The hotel is absolutely stunning and definitely kid friendly! Great kid pool area and kids club; they accommodated everyone in the restaurant and made the experience amazing! Brought cribs to the room for the smallest children with nice and soft bedding all ready to go! We will be back!

Absolutely amazing stay! We were a large group and they were very accommodating. The food at the property was delicious, varied, and complete. Make sure you visit their SPA it was fantastic.

I travel a lot and have stayed at some really nice 5 star hotels. I like Live Aqua much more than the other well known 5 star brand in San Miguel as it feels hip and less stuffy than the others. It is chic and great people watching.
