Nice, clean motel with easy access to the freeway. It is also close to the Madonna Inn, restaurants and a grocery store. The room had a mini fridge which is always useful. The lower parking lot is shared with Denny’s restaurant, which depending on the time of day can make parking tricky, but very convenient for casual dining. Overall it’s a good budget friendly option.

This is a place built beside the mountain. Quiet. I booked this place because it was cheap, but to my surprise, the room was very clean and didn't have any strange odors. Free parking and easy. Recommend it.

The room smelled good when we first opened the door but after a while there was a smell of plumbing issues throughout the night. Also our room was located right under the top stairs so noise was an issue too We only stayed for one night Location was good though

You get what you pay for. The hotel was conveniently located and priced affordably. We also had a very spacious room with 3 queen beds. Now for the downside: the room smelled funny (a combo of mildew and cleaning solution), we didn’t have any hot water the first morning so had to take freezing cold showers, and the property was very loud (both the humming mini fridge in our room and the people walking back and forth above us very late at night). There are absolutely no amenities to speak of. If you want a cheap place to sleep, this is the place for you.

The good: convenient location and plenty of parking. Rooms are a decent size too. The bad: very dirty. There was a stench of sewer that came from the bathroom. The soap dispenser base next the sink was covered with a thick layer of hair and shavings. There were multiple stains on both be sheets. If you are a "clean" person , stay away from this place.

As soon as we entered the room you could tell the cleanliness and clean smell. I loved that they had shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner in pumping containers attached to the shower wall. Hotel was walking distance to Starbucks, Mc Donald’s and other restaurants. It is very close to the freeway and they share parking lot with Dennys. It is only 5 miles to Avila beach. Love the stay.
