Simple room but clean & very nice staff. No frills but decent affordable option for a quick stay. Very close to freeways, target & other major stores, and the SLO Ranch Farms (coffee, pastries, sandwiches, ice cream, blueberry picking, etc.) is a 5 min drive

After a long couple lf days camping, this was a great change of pace. Clean rooms, nice kitchenette, and options for Landry and vending. Great location for shopping and dining.

A lot for a little.

It was a clean facility. The housekeeping staff even mopped the walkways in the mornings. The pool was clean. There's no fancy bells and whistles, but if you're looking for a place to stay on a budget it's great. It's also located in a good area with plenty of parking.

Was pleased with my stay and would stay again. Clean and friendly, had a pet with me and had no issues at all with maids entering my room unannounced. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and parking was easy. Staff was friendly, check in was simple. The only things that come to mind that could be improved would be the ac / heater unit in the room, it was often noisy and I’d have to kind of smack it for it to stop humming or whatever noise was happening. Also the walls are somewhat thin it seems. I could hear those in the rooms next to me quite often, as well as the doors shutting being pretty loud.

We booked same day, a few hours before arrival, and stayed one night. When we got there front desk staff was friendly, helpful & informative. We were asked if we wanted top or bottom level and then went to our room. Overall the room was okay, we brought our two small dogs & opted for a dog friendly room. When we walked in I noticed the floor was filthy…I’m talking dog fur, human hair stuck to the ground, spots that were sticky and had accumulated gunk & an overall layer of dirt and grime. We checked the sheets and, although they appeared clean, pulled them off the bed (which btw was like sleeping on cardboard boxes filled with cement). I was overwhelmed and left the room with our dogs while my husband used wet wash cloths & bar soap to clean the floor. We then went out and picked up some cleaning products to feel a little more at ease. We didn’t touch the tv until the next morning when getting ready and it had very limited channels. Check out was easy and there was coffee/tea in the little lobby area. Overall it was cheap(ish?) for one night, although we could’ve added an extra night to our AirBnB in Grover Beach for the same price. I wouldn’t stay at this location again and we normally only stay at Motel 6 locations because of the price & animal friendliness.
