"Gorgeous hotel with great amenities all up to date. Staff could not be nicer. But the third party company they contract for food and beverage is absolutely price gouging people. So food logistics become something you really have to think about as a family to go offsite for everything. $28 USD for a sparkling water and an orange juice? We will not be staying again. "

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Our room, although not overly luxurious, was clean, well equipped, well maintained, and the bed was comfortable . The common areas are impeccable clean and nicely equipped. This resort has three pools, two more family oriented, and one adult only. All were perfectly clean, clear, and staffed with many friendly food and drink waiters. The dining options are plentiful and the quality of food was good. We participated liked the Italian and Japanese restaurants that were onsite. The buffet was a great alternative for a quick breakfast. The thing that set this resort apart from others was the professionalism and friendliness of its staff. The front desk, staffed by Hector, Bogart, and Isaac were very helpful when my wife asked to be accommodated with a room change (she wanted a better view). The concierge staff of Diana, Roberto, and Gabriel were helpful in helping facilitate our tour and suggesting options for local dining and attractions. Julian and Pedro at the Adult pool bar did a great job keeping everyone happy with their drink and food orders. Sara from the Italian restaurant was a lovely waitress and host. And Romero the bell boy did a fantastic job facilitating us checking in And checking out with our luggage and shuttle service. We look forward to returning for another stay."

"This our first time to stay in Hyatt Zivas. The staffs are great, they are really help us with great service, the only thing that I don’t like is that the alcohol really bad! Example is margarita tastes cheap! The foods are great, the only one bad is Dozo, where the food is bad, bad sushi, especially sashimi. Overall we had a great time. All staff’s restaurants are great, the pool is great the room is great. Can we have discount for 2nd time?😊"

"Brian's property was better than expected. There are full-time residents in the complex but the majority of them were not there so we had the pool almost all to ourselves. Esther was great to deal with, she got us checked in easily and checked in halfway through our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. There was filtered water, the welcome binder had a ton of great references for restaurants and things to do locally. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Good AC nice location with walking distance to stores, restaurants, and beach access. Pool was nice to cool off while sitting outside. Slight off smell sometimes when entering the room but not enough to even alert the staff. Staff was very attentive and no hassles about anything. I arrived early and they got me in the room in an hour "
