"We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family. We stayed from Thursday through Tuesday as a family, and our ocean-facing suite was a highlight—the view alone made the trip feel special. Waking up to the ocean every day was just beautiful. One of the standout parts of our experience was the pool staff. Edwin, in particular, was fantastic—always attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He made our time by the pool even more enjoyable. The food options were also a big win for us. The 24-hour café quickly became one of my favorite spots (especially for desserts!), and we really enjoyed the Italian restaurant as well. Room service was consistently fast and reliable, which made everything feel easy and relaxing. Overall, the resort offered a great balance of comfort, service, and convenience. We would definitely come back again. "

"Enjoyed the central location, lovely little courtyard, and nice bath products. Beds are very firm. No hot water for shower. Biggest negative was no secondary locks on the doors. Staff with keys entered my room multiple times without knocking. Most staff were friendly and helpful, but when I discovered 1/2 my shower door was missing and the bathroom flooded, the young woman on staff couldn’t be bothered. I’ve tried not to let those negative experiences overly impact my rating. But seriously, stop barging into rooms unannounced. That’s just crazy."

"Overall very impressed. The biggest concern was that you cannot swim in the ocean here and we didn’t see this overtly listed in the Expedia advertisement before booking. Nevertheless the pools were great and we still played on the beach with our toddler. Great crafts for kids as well. "

"The staff was amazing, everyone very friendly and very calm, beautiful place to stay. Pool & hot tub area is an internal plaza surrounded by the rooms. Beautiful trees & flowers, mature vegetation, immaculately kept. Excellent restaurant & wait staff and bartenders are just wonderful. Everyone is proud of their town, it’s a wonderful place to visit. Rooms are not fancy, but clean and well kept. The public areas and restaurants are beautiful. Thanks for a joyful visit!"
