I had a great stay at the Four Points by Sheraton San Jose. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and located in a nice area. I also appreciated the amenities and the bar on the ground floor—it was a great place to relax after a long day. I’d definitely stay here again.

This is actually my favorite place to stay when I come to downtown San Jose. Very accessible to museums and Theatre in downtown and restaurants. Easy to travel to the hotel via public transportation from the airport via a transfer bus to train very walkable to many places to visit and enjoy in downtown San Jose staying at this hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I have no complaints at all.

I give it a 4 star review because the Mosaic bar in the hotel was just atrocious. We went to watch the cowboys loose since we had time before our concert and we didn't feel like wondering off just yet. There are about 15 miss matched couches piled up next to each other, there's about 70 worn out chairs, the TV's are hardly working, the bar counter was sticky, the bill was incorrect.... I mean it's like an abandoned furniture store in there. I have never seen anything like this. The great and best thing is that the rest of the hotel is excellent. The staff at check in was wonderful, she was kind, informative, just great. The room was clean, and ready at 4pm, the bed was very comfortable, we did enjoy staying the night. The rooms are updated. The actual neighborhood was safe and lively and you can walk to many attractions or take a short uber.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and nice. Located in a great location. I was not fond of paying $45 for parking when the room was over $200 a night. That was very disappointing.
