"What a gem of a hotel and perfect for solo travelers who want a safe, clean, affordable, easily accessible location to recharge and sleep. The property is lovely and the staff welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. It was especially helpful to have access to drinking water on every floor and ice downstairs in the market. The common areas both downstairs and outside of the room (balcony with tables and chairs) were nice places to relax without feeling confined to the room. The air conditioning and fans worked great and there was always hot water in the shower. WiFi was good too. Would have been nice to have a small mini fridge in the room, but made due without it. Note there is no elevator and even the second floor is up four flights of stairs, but staff was available to bring my large suitcase up when I arrived. It is also very close to the plaza, which means you will hear music and such, but it all quieted down by 11 so I wasn't terribly bothered. Was super easy to get Ubers and other activity pickups and drop offs. Would definitely stay again."
