"Very happy with our stay. All of the staff were helpful and accommodating. I appreciate the effort from the hotel to be trying to keep up maintenance and cleanliness especially after a hurricane. Food was good! Room was nice. We upgraded to the altitude club with a beach side view. Wonderful to watch the sunrise and set from our room. We will book again!"

"This hotel is fantastic. The only reason I only gave it a 3 out of 5 for "How useful were the amenities?" is because I was there during the hurricane and most of the amenities were closed. Not their fault of course, but unfortunately for me I didn't get to try any of them besides the restaurant, which of course was fantastic. I highly recommend this place."

"The property the King Junior Suite w poolside access and staff were exceptional! We really want to thank them for their hospitality and taking care of us while enjoying their beautiful country. Hurricane polo was lurking near by but luckily missed us! The surf made the beach extra hazardous and no sea activities because of the high surf and swells but we had a blast in the resort. The service was excellent in the restaurants but the menu was a bit limited with exotic dishes and the booze selection is limited to cheaper options. Many drinks are straight sugar bombs ad the liquor seemed diluted. We picked up a bottle of bourbon which saved the day otherwise 5 drinks to barely catch a buzz. Still we had a fabulous time regardless."

"The amenities are old, yet very clean. The free breakfast was delicious and authentic. The only thing lacking was the exercise room. All of the machines were broken or in major disrepair. They should be removed."
