"I stayed in a one bedroom with a dive pool. Positives: 1. Room was beautiful. 2. Staff was friendly. 3. I planned a birthday room decoration and the hotel did an excellent job! 4. Great location on the beach but water was not swimmable. 5. Food was good. Negatives: 1. Arrived early but were not accommodated early. 2. I was over served and got sick. Yes maybe my fault too. Drinks were what you would expect from an all inclusive."

"This was probably the best trip we have ever had as a family! The staff was so nice, helpful, friendly I mean all of the above! We all talked about how we will definitely be coming back! Huge shout out to Hazel from reception so sweet and helpful, Isidro the waiter for making sure our family of 15 always sat next to each other and roxana for overall being so helpful 24/7 I mean amazing woman she the main reason we are coming back!"

"Excellent location; the bed is so comfortable. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious, freshly made, with plenty of options. There is free parking and easy access from your car to the lift up to reception and the rooms. There are superstores nearby with food halls and a Starbucks. The beach is across the road, a 5-minute walk."
