Room, property, and grounds were all beautiful. Our room was huge, with super cool features, it even overlooked the pool and golf greens. Only thing it lacked was a microwave to warm up the amazing leftovers we had from the noodle bar on their gaming floor.

Totally recommend Soboba Casino Resort. I’m glad a picked this place to stay. The receptionists were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms cleaned and the service in the restaurant was excellent. I would like to have more options for restaurants but at least the one we picked was neat and the waiters were great. I will definitely come back again here.

I want to rate it excellent but they don’t clean your room everyday. We asked the front desk after one day they said housekeeping clean the room every 2 days. When we came back to the room the second day they didn’t clean it as well. We went to the front desk and asked they said on the 3rd day. We leave on the 3rd day…it means no fresh towels for days, garbage not thrown and bed not fixed. We did everything ourselves. Not really a 5 star experience. Nice facility and casino but hotel experience needs a big improvement.

Loved being greeted by name by the housekeeping staff as we left our room this afternoon. As well every employee we’ve encountered has been so pleasant and helpful. …we also appreciated the visible security outside in the parking lot areas as well.. other casinos should follow Soboba’s example! Soboba Casino Resort was very nice! Any new features they add would only make it better! One thing I would like to see is that the coffee shop provide better breakfast variety such as bagels, donuts, and croissant breakfast sandwiches so this would make us want to visit this awesome casino more!

Everything was perfect. However, when we checked in the guy behind the counter was wearing a mask, when he spoke he mumbled so it was impossible to fully understand what he was trying to tell me. I finally realized he was explaining the $50.00 refundable deposit. If I had not read about it before checking in, I am not sure I would have figured it out. He was polite, but should know he is not understood. Also, hair dryer cord is too short. All else, perfect.

I stayed here a couple weeks ago & that stay was slightly better than this time. The room we had this time had maybe half the water pressure our last room had, the pool was closed until the day we left & the room service food wasn’t exactly as ordered!
