We stayed in the unit on the ground floor that was the 1000 sq ft unit, the beach is a truly just a 60-second walk away from the beach down a private walkway. The house is on a long stretch of beach in rincon where you can walk down the beach and come out right in the center of town where all of the restaurants and shops are located. "The villa was well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped with every amenity. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were outstanding. The interior was nicely and tastefully decorated. Beautiful landscaping, well maintained pool and outside furniture. The views are amazing. Excellent location. "
