"All staff we encountered were courteous and helpful. I even received information on ordering some flowers for the room for my mom. Rooms were simple maybe even a bit dated but everything was clean. Meals were very tasty. Casino was a decent size. You can reach out them before you arrive with special instructions and staff touched base with me via text message during my stay which was extremely convenient."

"Fui cambiado al Hotel Melia. El personal que hizo la transferencia fue honesto y comprometido. En el Melia estuvo todo muy bien, incluso cabe destacar que dormí muy bien y sin ruidos pero no pude disfrutar de la piscina qué fue mi mayor anhelo. Fuera de eso nada que lamentar."
