If you're going to San Francisco to see all the things, this is a perfect location! Walkable to the Wharf, Pier 39/33, Chinatown, etc. and easy access to transit. The staff is extremely helpful and informative. The room was much bigger than expected, clean and decently apportioned. The rooftop patio is AMAZING! Spectacular views! Really enjoyed the complimentary glass of wine while looking over the bay.

Beautiful property with great proximity to everything. All things considered, we didn’t really mind the elevator being out of commission for repairs. Definitely would love to come back again and hang out on the rooftop to watch the sunset/sunrise!

Excellent facilities, very spacious, high quality fittings and facilities, very helpful staff. Ideally located for bus, cable car and trams to any part of the city. Would highly recommend and will be here next time we’re in SF.

The location is wonderful with beautiful views. The staff was very kind and helpful. We found the size and condition of our room to be perfect for a family. The kids had enough space to walk around and play between outings and the kitchen was super convenient. Would stay again!

Excellent stay

Fantastic location. Lovely apartment fully self contained. Concierge was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the parking charge but we parked at a nearby garage instead.

Amazing stay

Our stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations! Very clean,lots of cooking items to make simple meals and a super comfortable bed. The location is ideal for sightseeing. Fisherman’s wharf is within walking distance, Alcatraz visible from the rooftop deck and Lombard Street a few blocks away plus a trolley right outside the door! Area felt very safe. Richard was a great resource and answered all of our questions and filled us up with supplies as needed. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

Staff was great and room was perfect for us (2 adults and an 18 year old). The only negative was that we had a noisy family next to us with young kids who where very loud early in the monring. Nothing the hotel could do about that, but I would stay here again without hesitation. Great location !

Such a great position. The cable car stops right outside. Maximum 10 minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf and only a little further to the Alcatraz ferry. Great service. The MOST comfortable bed.

Wonderful Family Stay.

The suite was very nice. We would stay again and will be telling friends and family about how nice everything was. For the first time in all our travels we did not need to request extra towels or pillows. We needed to think about any suggestions. They are very minor… a light in the closet (a simple motion detecting puck light would be enough) and a fan for the bathroom. The staff were very nice and kind. We didn’t mind the elevator being out of service. When we return to San Francisco I hope we can stay at the Suites again.

Was very pleasantly surprised by this property. The pictures on Expedia made it look rather dated, but when we arrived, found everything had been painted and newly furnished. Great location, easy walking to Fishermans Wharf and Ghirardelli Square and right on the cable car line. Spacious 1 bedroom suites with kitchen are great for families. Very friendly and helpful staff keep in touch via text throughout your stay. Expedia didn't provide check in and parking instructions, but we were able to call the front desk and get information. We would stay here again on our next trip!

This was a good space as it was literally next to Ghiradelli Square, walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf. Also right by the trolley line. The bed was soft and very comfortable for my daughters. The fold out couch was good for me too. Loads of space and a good balcony. They also offered us colouring books and games as well as hot cocoa packets when we arrived for my girls. The kitchen was handy for doing breakfasts in the flat. They also offered to send up our food delivery the first night. Very attentive staff. The only thing that could be better is water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, great spot!

+ Utmärkt läge med gångavstånd till många attraktioner/upplevelser. Rekommenderar detta boende varmt. + rymlig, bekväm och ren lägenhet med ett välutrustat kök. + möblerad, gemensam takterrass med utsikt över Alcatraz, cable cars och skymt av Golden Gate bron. + vänlig och service minded personal. Hotellet har en egen parkering, men tyvärr inte lika många platser som rum. Vi hade tur att få tillgång till en parkering och skulle man inte få det, ligger Ghirardelli Square Parking Garage ca 150 meter från hotellet.
