Overall, great hotel however, my air conditioner did not work properly and so I had to get somebody at night to come and fix it. Even the fix wasn’t great checking into a hotel of this level. I would expect the Aircounditioning to have Ben test tested and working.

The entire property was spotless – from the lobby to the rooms, everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority. Beyond that, the staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone I interacted with was kind, sweet, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and accommodating. Whether it was providing local recommendations or handling special requests, their warm and professional attitude made all the difference.
