We enjoyed our stay close to union square

The front desk person he's very nice, bed is very comfortable we love it, and they have a little something for breakfasts it’s nice that they provided little something for people… I would say for the price I will recommend this place to others ..

The owner/manager,Mack, treated us like family. The night guy Jerry was very welcoming also. The two of us were very comfortable. The room was a bit small but absolutely spotless, had a fridge and coffee maker. So glad to have found his hidden gem.

The hotel is 8 minute walk to Union Square. The area/ city centre is full of homeless people. It seems that the hotel was refurbished recently, bathroom looked quite new. The room and bathroom is small, nowhere to put your clothes. Cleaner comes every day, gives new towels. Breakfast is not so good.

The hotel provided the promised amenities but not the NECESSITIES. 1. The room was ridiculously small. 2. There was no chest of drawers. 3. There wasn't even anywhere to hang clothes. 4. There wasn't even a toilet paper hanger! 5. There was barely any hot water. The hotel is in a seedy if not unsafe area. However, it is very central. The staff were very nice and attentive. The breakfast was ok. All in all, the room was extremely overpriced for what it provided.
