We own the apartment and the whole building. Looking for nice tenants. We can meet and show you the apartment. Avail long or short term. One month minimum.

Private entrance. Private deck and backyard with BBQ. Perfect for dog lovers. Private one bedroom apartment. Fully furnished.

You just need your suitcase to move in.

Bedroom has closet, queen bed, nightstand, etc.

Living room has Jennifer leather sofa that pulls out into full size sofa bed and huge walk in closet. Mattress was upgraded to be the best and most comfortable.

Brand new 40″ Smart TV for streaming. Smart Tv.

Dining table and chairs.

Kitchen has gas stove. Fully equipped for kitchen.

Bathroom has waterfall shower head and glass vessel sink.

Fully furnished. We own the apartment and the building. Full size washer and dryer in the basement–not coin operated. High speed wireless internet.

Excellent location. Walking distance to everything. Scores 100 on walkscore. Easy to get downtown and to shuttle buses. Walk to CPMC.

Extra monthly charge for all utilities including high speed wireless internet, Smart Tv and use of the washer and dryer in building–not coin operated.
