Great place, convenient.

I rented this unit for my son who is visiting from New York. It workedc out perfect for us. We would run it again.

Errors in listing

Posted that parking was onsite, there was none and the neighbors left notes on the car that we shouldn’t park in the street (they said it was landlords responsibility). Also posted air conditioning….. there was none ! Dryer….none. Onsite spa…. none.

Stay here if you don’t want to sleep

From the non-refundable deposit buried in a Long listing to the sauna of a room with no climate control. Lights shining in the window until 2a and only a fan to drown out the noise, this place is for you if you don’t need to Sleep. Good thing it was close to the bus stop for San Mateo fairground but fees exceeded the actual cost of the unit which was very much a surprise for a busy traveler. Try to sleep in? No way the skylight is over the bed like a rooster in the morning. The amount of email communication from the owner trying to justify their position is excrutiating. Retrofitted garage I think was decorated nicely and clean, but not worth the price at all.
