The space
This flat is on the second floor of a house located on a cul de sac in Alameda's Gold Coast neighborhood. High 12 foot ceilings and new windows grace the well appointed rooms. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is an office that doubles as a guest bedroom with a convertible sofa. The sofas in the living room also fold flat as beds. The huge kitchen is generously equipped with appliances, cookware, bakeware, and dishware.
There is a large laundry room with a laundry folding table. There is also a large deck where a group can enjoy grilling on the BBQ, or chats at sunset.
Guest access
Exclusive use of the second floor flat of the house, plus a private deck. The backyard belongs to the first floor flat which is a separate unit.
