Located in safe, desirable Dolores Heights, this home is less than a 10-minute walk from three vibrant districts - the Mission, Castro and Noe Valley - full of restaurants and cafes. Iconic Dolores Park is two blocks away. Commuting downtown takes just 20 minutes via Muni or rideshare. And enjoy two rare SF luxuries: air conditioning and onsite parking (available for a fee).
The space
This special property is walking distance to three of the best SF neighborhoods: the Mission, Castro and Noe Valley, all full of restaurants, bars and coffee shops.
Your hosts live on the floor below but your floor is fully private with a separate entrance, and no shared space besides the gated outdoor entryway.

One bedroom has a trundle bed with two twins & queen bed. The second bedroom has a king bed and crib. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with full and twin mattresses.
LAUNDRY
In-unit washer and dryer available.

There is a fully equipped kitchen. The extremely spacious living area has a huge 14-foot long dining room table. There is plenty of space to hold meetings or hang out.
ENTERTAINMENT AND WORK
Each bedroom has its own TV with Netflix and cable. There are three separate workspaces with office chairs and monitors. Wifi is fast (250+ mbps).
FAMILIES
For kids, there is a Wii, books and toys. For babies, we provide blackout curtains, a real crib and high chair.
