Game room was a plus, on site restaurant and walking distance to mall made eating options easy. Room itself was just ok but staff and hotel cleanliness made up for it

Close to trams and close to everything. Great size rooms and bathroom. Awesome amenities. Parking too expensive.

this property was really nice and clean walking distance from a lot of things and had a very nice game room. only thing is the hand held shower head did not work and there is only valet, so not easy parking

Such a great hotel in the heart of the city. I love the lobby equipped with pool table, shuffle board, TVs and lots of seats. My only issue was that my room smelled like I lived above a restaurant all night. But I will stay again!

The hotel was perfect for our stay; close to the theater we were going to, and easy to get transportation. The security measures made me feel comfortable and our room was well appointed and comfortable!

Really enjoyed our stay at hotel Zetta . Great location . Walkable to dining and shopping areas and the cable car turnaround . Staff was very friendly and accommodating . Definitely kid friendly as they have an awesome game room upstairs with ping pong a pool table shuffle board and a couple of pinball machines that were all free to play . Very affordable rates as well . Highly recommend

The front desk attendants were very accommodating and had a lot of recommendations for restaurants and places to see. The hotel was overall gorgeous and the room was very clean.

Unfortunately, the only conclusion possible is that some of their staff are not reliable and dishonest. A one-of-a-kind item went missing at the property and neither housecleaning nor their management were able to locate it. Extremely dissatisfying.

Advertisement is miss-leading. No view. Room comfort chair had questionable stains, (kind of gross) Daily amenities fees somewhat annoying, and should be available without a fee. Staff was friendly, especially Rico!!!!! Convenient location.

Fun lobby with pool tables and Plinko - great design- loved the faux book shelf with books wallpaper in bathrooms. Large space , definitely great value and will book again.

Property was clean and up to date on fashion decor. Loved the gym and the peloton bike. Staff was friendly and close to major transport. It is downtown area so of course some transient people, but front door is locked and monitored. Had a great stay. Would stay again.

Room looks nothing like the pictures, of course. The light fixtures are broken and hang at odd angles, the coffee maker is broken, the window looks out directly into a wall, and the room layout is just bizarre. My room featured a TV jammed up next to the foot of the bed and a locked door next to the head of the bed. The bed itself is fine, at least. But overall there are far nicer hotels for the same cost.

Amazing Room! meh mattresses
The hotel is gorgeous. Nicely located where most thing are a simple walk or short ride away. The amenities and game room downstairs are amazing and a great way to pass some time. The room itself was beautiful, i loved the bathroom. However, the mattresses were not comfortable. Both had an angle to them, so you weren’t sleeping on a level surface, and they were incredibly loud. Anytime someone moved or repositioned themselves, loud creaks and groans from either the mattress or frame would ensue and wake everyone up. Literally the only downer about the room. Otherwise I’d was wonderful.

The hotel offers lots of unique amenities to guests. The decor and style of the hotel in general is very up to date and unique. Staff are friendly and ready to accomodate requests as best as they can.

The hotel is OK, but much less than I expected when we were selecting it. The lady on the reception was nice to us and offered a free upgrade to our room and some champagne for my birthday but then it appeared that she can't do an upgrade and the room she gave us appeared to have just a single king bed vs a king bed and a couch that we initially booked. And when we raised this they gave us our room with a couch but it smelled quite bad and we decided not to go for another round of changes. And finally at the checkout they charged us extra for room upgrade (which didn't happen), when I asked for a refund it was gladly refunded but no apologies were provided. So all in all, I'd say it's fine but I wouldn't come again and won't recommend it, given there are plenty of other hotels in the same area. The game room though is quite large and we had a great time with pinball machine, billiards and some ball-on-the-wall game.

The facilities were nice as you would expect at this price point, however, there were numerous additional charges that were unexpected like charges for a second person for a two bed room, no direct parking (most hotels that require valet parking will indicate this). So after the additional charges are factored in.. I would have expected more.
